Q1. What’s the best time of year to buy mulch?
A1. The best time to buy mulch is late June to early July. By then our spring rush is over and we are able to ensure prompt delivery and maybe even improve our price.
Q2. So what are your prices? How much is delivery?
A2. Call or email us (see our contact form on this website) for a current list. Pricing and delivery are subject to change. Delivery charges depend on distance hauled. Full trailerload delivery charges are running $175 and up for the spring of 2009.
Q3. On your price list, what’s the difference between contractor and wholesale?
A3. The difference is that wholesale prices are afforded to those who generally use materials for resale or purchase large quantities. Contractor prices are available for landscapers or other contractors to pick up at our yard in any quantity at a discounted price..
Q4. How much can you deliver?
A4. Our live floor trailers can deliver from 70 to 128 yards depending on the weight of the product.
Q5. How do I set up an account?
A5. Call us to obtain a credit application. Generally we require C.O.D. or credit card payments to start. Please forward any tax-exempt certificates immediately.
Q6. What are some of my responsibilities?
A6. We need a good address for delivery and clear indications of where you want the product dropped. Please consider before ordering whether there is enough space for our truck to enter and maneuver the site. Advise the driver of any utilities or underground conditions.
